Lamination panels
At The Pro Design Group in Gardena, CA, we manufacture Lamination Panels using our state-of-the-art line 4,000 sqft pressurized clean room.
▪ We primarily run our patented corrugated panel – CoreRigid (commonly used in crating, signage, and automotive)
▪ We have fine-tuned our lamination line to create the best urethane bond possible.
▪ With our 4,000 sqft pressurized Clean Room and state-of-the-art line utilizing Corona treating and custom horizontal panel cleaners for maximum adhesion.
▪ Ability to trim panels to size and shape to +/- 0.010”
At PriDesign Group we are capable of laminating:
- FRP – fiberglass reinforced plastic
- Combination extrusion pultruded woven plastic sheeting
- Aluminum
- Galvanized Steel
- ABS, Styrene, PETG, and Polycarbonate
- A variety of FR plastics
- Or your custom material.
